Globalisation has brought a massive change in the legal services arena. Constant policy reforms, increasing participation and inter-dependence of countries for trade and knowledge-sharing have had both qualitative and quantitative effects on the legal sector.
Keeping this in mind, Dr. Anushka Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Udaipur, with its exceptional pedagogy, has carefully crafted its curriculum and unique instructional methods modelled to cope with the emerging global trends in legal education and allied legal services. With a functioning of 20 years after its establishment in 2003 the college is successfully running programs like B.A. LL.B. (5 Year Integrated Under-graduation Course), LL.B. (3 Year Under-graduation Course) and LL.M. (2 Year Post-graduation Course).
Here the students learn to develop alternative routes and new patterns of practice, use innovative tools of management, and find resourceful methods to begin their journey in the field of law. They become professionals who are adaptable, dynamic and well-versed with practical experiences to support their theoretical knowledge.
The college promotes the cause of justice by nurturing law professionals who understand the role of law and legal institutions in this ever-dynamic society.
